Common signs to watch for:

  • Drooling
  • Vomiting
  • Pawing at the mouth

This variegated climbing vine contains insoluble oxalate crystals similar to other plants in the Araceae family. Chewing or biting into this plant will release these crystals, causing tissue penetration. When dogs and cats ingest this plant, excessive drooling and possible vomiting may be seen.
