Toxicity to pets
Petroleum Distillate ingestion by pets can result in drooling and vomiting. Petroleum Distillates may enter the airway during ingestion causing chemical-induced lung inflammation (i.e., chemical pneumonitis). Lips, muzzle, coat, and paw contact with some Petroleum Distillates causes irritation and discomfort to pets with signs of skin redness, face rubbing or paw twitching.
