Ribbon Plant is a common name for more than one species of plant including Dracaena or Chlorophytum comosum.
Ribbon Plant (Dracaena sanderiana) , also called Lucky Bamboo, contains plant toxins (saponins) within the leaves and stems. Ingestion by companion animals causes drooling and vomiting. Clinical signs of dilated pupils and wobbly gait reported specifically in cats.
Ribbon Plant (Chlorophytum comosum), also called Spider Plant, is non-toxic to companion animals.
